Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke

Aloha and welcome to the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Hawaiʻi! Sylvia Luke serves as the 16th Lieutenant Governor of the State of Hawaiʻi and is currently the highest-ranking Korean-American to hold a U.S. statewide position.  

Among her key initiatives are Ready Keiki, aiming to offer universal pre-k access to all four- and five-year-olds in Hawaiʻi, and Connect Kakou, focused on ensuring reliable and affordable high-speed internet access for everyone.
