Lt. Governor Chin was invited by the Public Administration Student Organization (PASO) at the University of Hawaii at Manoa to be on a panel to discuss topics such as Trump’s Muslim ban, the wall, Immigrant Children, Dreamers, and more.

  • Ismail Elshikh, Iman of Muslim Association of Hawaii & member of the Legal Clinic for Immigrant Justice
  • Clare Hanusz, attorney & Founder of Aloha Immigration
  • John Kawamoto, retired legislative analyst & Hawaii J20 member

The PASO reached out especially to the entire Social Sciences Dept. also Richardson School of Law, Political Science Dept., Matsumoto Peace Institute, Shidler School of Business, Dr. Agbayani’s SEED, Women’s Studies, and so on. PASO R.I.O. (Public Administration Student Organization is a Registered Independent Organization at University of Hawaii) and is determined to inspire a brand-new generation of public servants who strive for social equity and justice and who will always remain ethical and just leaders and responsible community builders.
