HONOLULU — Lt. Governor Tsutsui attended the memorial service for State Rep. Clift Tsuji, who passed away in Honolulu in November, leaving behind two sons, Ashley and Ryan. The Big Island lawmaker was 75 years old and represented Keaukaha, parts of Hilo, Panaewa and Waiakea.
