Governor Shan Tsutsui thanked volunteers for their commitment to service at the Hawaii Commission on National and Community Service and Team Hawaii AmeriCorps Volunteer Summit.  The event took place during AmeriCorps Week.  AmeriCorps helps millions of Americans improve the lives of their fellow citizens through service.
